  1. I was in Durhan Cathedral a few days ago, and this reminds me of the ancient, almost tribal decoration that was carved into the stone inside. It wasn’t ornate like a lot of European Cathedrals, but it seemed almost like Celtic, very geometric patterns. It was really inspiring, and it’s so interesting to see such similar shapes emerging in such a modern work.
    Also, I’d love this on my wall – could look at it all day.
